| Abstract (English): |
The importance of this research is that it relates to two important sources of the science of fiqh, namely: The Holy Quran and the Arabic language, the Noble Qur’an is the primary source of the divine legislations that God has accepted - glory be to him - to regulate human life. As for the Arabic language, it is the one in which the Noble Qur’an was revealed, the fundamentalists have decided that legal jurisprudence is only achieved under several conditions, including knowledge of the objectives of Arabic, so if a mujtahid is a scholar of the Arabic language, he is able to identify the connotations of expressions deduced from the Qur’an text, including knowledge of the general meaning and its defining formulas in addition [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

جاءت أهمية هذا البحث في أنه يتعلق بمصدرين مهمين من مصادر استمداد علم أصول الفقه وهما :القرآن الكريم واللغة العربية، فالقران الكريم يُعدّ المصدر الأول للتشريعات الإلهية التي ارتضاها الله - سبحانه وتعالى - لتنظيم حياة البشر . أما اللغة العربية فهي التي نزل بها القرآن الكريم، وقد قرر الأصوليون أن الاجتهاد الشرعي إمنَّا يتحقق بشروط عِدّة منها العلم ا بلغة العرب استطاع التّعرّف على دلالات الألفاظ المستنبطة من النّصّ ً بمقاصد العربية، فالمجتهد إذا كان عالم القرآني ومنها معرفة دلالة العام ومن صيغه المعرف بالإضافة.
