| Abstract (English): |
The emergence of Arabic language policy I chad and its association with language Planning in 1960,s prior to the independence led to a rise in the voice calling for rooting ad defending the Arabic language. For this purpose, may laws, presidential decrees ministerial orders have taken place, however most of these documents are the reaction that comes soon to an event here or there. It also notes that lack of clarity of vision and the absence of a real project for the development of language policy and linguistic planning, but one doubt that some decisions are not intended, incheding the formulation of a successful language policy but to undermine the Arabic language ad prevent its spread among a people where it symbolizes identity and holiness. This research follows the programs and plans adopted by successive governments I the formulation of language policy in chad ad to high light the status the language and impact of the process negatively or positively. ظهرت السياسة اللغوية يف شاد وارتباطها مع التخطيط اللغوي يف السنيات السابقة لالستقالل وتزايدت مع تصاعد األصوات الداعية إىل التأصيل للعربية والدفاع عنها، ويف سبيل ذلك حدثت الكثري من القوانني واألوامر الرئاسية والقرارات الوزارية غري أن الغالب يف هذه الوثائق رد الفعل الذي يأيت عاجال حلدث هنا أو هناك كما يالحظ عدم وضوح الرؤية وغياب املشروع احلقيقي لوضع السياسة اللغوية والتخطيط اللغوي بل إن املرء ليشك يف أن بعض القرارات الصادرة ليس املقصود منها رسم سياسة لغوية ناجعة بل هو تقويض للعربية ومنع انتشارها وسط قوم يروا فيها رمزا للهوية والقداسة. يأيت هذا البحث ليتتبع الربامج واخلطط اليت اتبعتها احلكومات املتتالية يف رسم السياسة اللغوية يف شاد، وإبراز وضع اللغة العربية ومدى تأثري مسريهتا سلبا أو إجيابا بتلك القرارات.
