This research into the question of the cause of scholars disagreement at the time of the discourse already addressed to the taxpayer, knowing the reason facilitates the perception of the fundamentalists and their evidence. The reason for the disagreement as a title, and the terms that resemble the cause of disagreement, and the second topic in the issue of directing the discourse already to the taxpayer, including the liberation of the subject of the dispute and the statements and doctrines, evidence and weighting and the cause of the dispute. هذا بحث يف مسألة سبب خالف أهل العلم يف وقت توجه الخطاب بالفعل للمكلف، فمعرفة السبب تسهل إدراك مآخذ األصوليين وأدلتهم، وكان البحث يف مقدمة ومبحثين، المبحث األول يف معنى السبب والخالف، وفية خمسة مطالب يف تعريف السبب لغة واصطالحًا، والخالف لغة واصطالحًا، وتعريف سبب الخالف باعتباره لقبًا، والمصطلحات التي تشبه سبب الخالف، والمبحث الثاين يف مسألة توجه الخطاب بالفعل للمكلف وفيها تحرير محل النزاع واألقوال والمذاهب واألدلة والرتجيح.
