This study aims to examine contemporary Waqf companies, as their concept is controlled, the term is edited, and the term differentiated between them and other entities similar to them by referring to the points of similarities and differences. In addition, explaining the evidence of their legitimacy and presenting the most important legal purposes and the institutional and economic justifications that push towards their establishment. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث الشركات الوقفية المعاصرة من حيث ضبط مفهومها وتحري ر مصطلحها والتفريق بينها وبين الكيانات الأخر ى المشابهة لها وذلك بالإشارة إلى مواطن الشب ه والاختلاف ، بالإضافة إلى بيان أدلة مشروعيتها وعرض أهم المقاصد الشرعية والمسوغات المؤسسية والاقتصادية التي تدفع نحو إنشائها، انتهاء بمحاولة عرض أبرز الآثار الاقتصادية والتنموية في حال تطبيقها.
