| Abstract (English): |
This study was designed to conceptualize and investigate the attitudes of the male and female teaching staff at the College of Education towards art education and art educators. To attain this aim، the researcher devised a questionnaire consisting of questions. The last question was an open one، on which the subjects were asked to comment freely. The researcher used the descriptive statistics and T-test to explore the expected responses. The results of the study showed that most of the respondents knew about art education at the elementary and middle school. Their attitudes towards art education and art educators were not positive، and there were no significant differences between male and female members of the teaching staff. Most of the subjects have not experienced visiting museums nor art exhibitions and do not know about the aims of art education. The researcher concluded the study with a few recommendations that will hopefully help in changing the attitudes of the teaching staff at the college of Education (and of others) towards art education and art educations. تناولت الدراسة وضع خطة مفصلة لتصور اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس- رجاالً ونساء- بكلية التربية - جامعة الملك سعود نحو التربية الفنية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة تتكون من 11 بنداً، إضافة إلى سؤال أخير مفتوح، طلبت فيه من المستجوبين إبداء آرائهم بحرية حول مفهوم التربية الفنية بلغت عينة الدراسة العشوائية 828 طالبا وطالبة، إستخدم الباحثة اإلحصاء الونفي وإختبار ت )Test-T )لدراسة إستجابات المفحونين. وقد أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن أغل المستجوبين قد تعرفوا على مفاهيم الفن والتربية الفنية في مراحل متقدمة من حياتهم وهي مراحل الدراسة االبتدائية والمتوسطة، ولم تكن إتجاهاتهم نحو الفن والتربية الفنية إيجابية كما لم تكن هناك فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الذكور واإلناث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، واتضح أن أغل المستجوبين لم يمروا بتجارب زيارة المتاح أو المعارض، وال يدركون األهداف الحقيقية لدور الفن وقسم التربية الفنية في خدمة المجتمع. واختتمت الباحثة دراستها ببع التونيات اهمها أن تسهم انشطة التربية الفنية في تغيير اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس )وغيرهم( نحو دور الفن في خدمة البيئة والمجتمع [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
