The study aims to identify the role of kindergarten principals in the participation of teachers and mothers in taking educational decisions in the light of the vision of the Kingdom 2030. The sample of the study consisted of two categories: the first is composed of (248) teachers of kindergartens in the city of Riyadh in Saudi Arabia in a random stratified class, the second category consisted of (124) mothers, chosen randomly. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed two questionnaires, the first addressed to the teachers and consisted of (29) items covering (5) areas. The second questionnaire is for mothers and consisted of (21) items covering (4) areas. The results of the study showed that the teachers' estimates of the role of kindergarten principals in the participation of female teachers in making educational decisions in the city of Riyadh were medium in two areas: decisions related to teachers and decisions concerning kindergarten children. The mothers' estimates of the role of kinder garten principals in the participation of mothers in making educational decisions in Riyadh city were low in all fields, except for one area where the average of them was the behavioral aspects of children. The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the teachers' estimates of the role of the kindergarten principal in the participation of teachers and mothers in making educational decisions due to the variables of educational experience and scientific qualification. In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديرات رياض الأطفال في مشاركة المعلمات والأمهات في اتخاذ القرارات التعليمية في ضوء رؤية المملكة (2030 ). تكونت عينة الدراسة من التين الأولى (248) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية بمدينة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية طبقية، أما الثانية فتكونت من (124) ام، تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانتين، الأولى موجهة للمعلمات وتكونت من مكونة من (20) فقرة وموزعة على (5) مجالات. أما الثانية لموجهة للأمهات وتكونت من (21) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقديرات المعلمات لدور مديرات رياض الأطفال في مشاركة المعلمات في اتخاذ القرارات التعليمية في مدينة الرياض كانت متوسطة في مجالي القرارات المتعلقة بالمعلمات، والقرارات المتعلقة باطفال الروضة. وأن تقديرات الأمهات لدور مديرات رياض الأطفال في مشاركة الأمهات في اتخاذ القرارات التعليمية في مدينة الرياض كانت منخفضة في جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال جاءت تقديراتهن عليه متوسطة. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في تقديرات المعلمات لدور مديرة رياض الأطفال في مشاركة المعلمات والأمهات في اتخاذ القرارات التعليمية تعزي لمتغيري الخبرة التعليمية والمؤهل العلمي، وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه الدراسة من نتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات.
