| Abstract (English): |
That one of the great things included in this religion is that it included few provisions related to the legal costs. Therefore, this study dealt with the legal evidence from the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, through which it can be proven that the Islamic Sharia has included a few devotional rulings, so that he can The person responsible is to perform the rulings that God has imposed upon him with ease and ease, and the taxpayer's awareness of the greatness of this religion makes him able to defend his religion and its Sharia, if the enemies of the religion try to slander them ، because of what he knows of things that make him certain of the greatness of this religion. أنه قد أشتمل على أحكام ، أن من الأمور العظيمة التي يتضمنها هذا الدين لذلك كانت هذه الدارسة قد تنا ولت الأدلة الشرعية من ،قليلة تتعلق بالتكاليف الشرعية القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة التي يمكن من خلالها أثبات أن الشريعة الإسلامية بحيث يستطيع المكلف أن يقوم بأداء ما فرضه الله ، قد اشتملت على أحكام تعبدية قليلة كما أن إدارك المكلف لعظمة هذا الدين تجعله قاد ر ،عليه من أحكام بسهوله ويسر ا بسبب ما يطلع ، إذا حا ول أعداء الدين الافتارء عليها ،على الدفاع عن دينه وشريعته عليه من أمور تجعله على يقين بعظمة هذا الدين.
