| Abstract (English): |
The folds of the search for the issuance of Egypt is a constitutional issue and four constitutions one during the period (1952-1981)، and the reasons for issuing a new constitution or constitutional amendment were numerous as a result of the nature of the changes that were amended in an amendment ، and among these reasons is to change the system of government from a monarchy and then a republican، It covenants did not focus on what threatening Copts or affecting their rights. Sadat intended at the beginning of his rule to issue a constitution to get rid of the Nasserite legacy، so it was appointed Church appointed bishops to be its representatives in the constitution-writing committees ، and they submitted proposals for some amendments ، some of which were taken and the other rejected. As for the amendment that was made in 1979، the Church rejected it as it focused on the Islamism of the constitution and the source of Islam only for legislation، and justified this rejection by fear of the application of extremists and their interpretations of the Islamic texts in the constitution، and the threat of this to the presence of Copts in Egypt، especially with the rise of the extremist tide by some Islamic groups. The personal status problem and the legal amendments that occurred to it was one of the continuing problems between the church and the authority، and Patriarch Shenouda III represented a stubborn opponent of the authority in objecting to divorce outside the church، and he rejected the Personal Status Law issued in 1955، so he presented to the National Assembly with the rest of the Christian bishops a bill regarding marriage Christians and their divorce، but it was not approved during the study period due to the killing of Sadat on 6 October 1981. دستوريا اثبتت ثنايا البحث اصدار مصر اعالنا ً خالل المدة واربعة دساتير جديدة وتعديالً واحدا )1953- 1981 ،)وتعددت اسباب ذلك نتيجة طبيعة التغييرات التي حصلت خالل المدة المذكورة، ومنها تغيير نظام الحكم من ً ان ملكي الى عسكري ثم جمهوري، فكان ل ازما يكون هناك إعالن دستوري مؤقت لسير النظام عليه، بعدها صدر دستور عام 1956 والذي لم يستمر اال سنة وشهرين عقدت بعده مصر مع سوريا ً عام 1958 الوحدة العربية التي فرضت أيضا إصدار دستور يالئم طبيعتها، وبعد انتهائها َف عام 1961 جمال عبد الناصر الى هد إصدار دستور عام 1964 لتركيز السلطة بيده، المهم في األمر ان الكنيسة القبطية خالل ً المدة )1953 - 1970 مع لنظام، طالما ان الدساتير التي صدرت في المدة المذكورة لم تركز على ما يهدد األقباط أو يمس حقوقهم. السادات في بداية حكمه الى إصدار َ د َ م َ ع دستور للتخلص من اإلرث الناصري، فعينت الكنيسة الى أساقفة ليكونوا ممثلين عنها في لجان كتابة الدستور، وقدموا مقترحات لبعض التعديالت أُخذ بعضها ورفض االخر، أما فيما يخص التعديل الذي ا 1979 فقد ُجري عام رفضته الكنيسة كونه رّكز على إسالمية الدستور ومصدرية اإلسالم فقط للتشريع، وبررت ذلك الرفض بالخوف من تطبيقات المتشددين وتفسيراتهم للنصوص اإلسالمية في الدستور، وتهديد ذلك لوجود األقباط في مصر ً مع ارتفاع المد المتشدد من قبل خصوصا بعض الجماعات االسالمية.
