| Abstract (English): |
This study primarily aimed to identifying determinants of crisis management in veterinary units. this aim can be achieved through the study of three goals: The level of crisis management in the studied veterinary units,the variables associated with the degree of crisis management in the veterinary units, the specific variables of the degree of crisis management in the veterinary units, the research sample was(155)veterinary units 70 veterinary units in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate and85 units in Dakahlia Governorate. Data were collected through personal interviews, using interviews schedule from managers of the veterinary units. Frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, correlation coefficient and multiple linear regressions were used in describing and analyzing data for this research. The study showed the following:Most of the studied veterinary units(%70)have a high level of crisis management, There is appositive significant relation between the degree of crisis management in veterinary units and each of: the Satisfaction with achieving veterinary unit tasks, Farmers' demand for veterinary unit services, Providing the administrative components for the work, the degree to which the veterinary unit performs its duties, organizational coordination, Providing a financial incentives for workers during crisis, and the number of workers in the veterinary unit, The independent variables combined explained(40%)of the variance in the degree of crisis management. استهدفت هذه البحث دراسة محددات إدارة الأزمات بالوحدات البيط ري ة من خلال التعرف على: مستوى إدارة الأزمات بالوحدات البيطري ة، ا ولمتغيرات المرتبطة بدرجة إدارة الأزمات بالوحدات البيطرية، ا ولمتغيرات المحددة لدرجة إدارة الأزمات بالوحدات البيطرية، وبلغ حجم عينة البحث 155 وحدة بيطرية بواقع 70 بمحافظة كفر الشيخ و 85 بمحافظة الدقهلية،وجمعت البيانات بواسط ة استمارة استبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية مع مديري الوحدات البيطرية.وتوصل البحث إلى نتائج أهمها: 1-مستوى إدارة الأزمات لغالبية الوحدات البيطرية محل الدراسة ) 70 % منها( كان مرتفع ا 2 -وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية ومعنوية بين درجة إدارة الأزمات بالوحدات البيطرية وك ل من: الرضا عن تحقيق مهام الوحدة البيطرية، وإقبال المربين على خدمات الوحدة البيطرية،وتوفر المقومات الإدارية،ودرجة تأدية المهام،والتنسيق المنظمي، ووجود حافز مادي أثناء الأزمات، وعدد العاملين بالوحدة البيطري ة 3-ترتبط المتغيرات المستقلة مجتمع ة بدرجة إدارة ، الأزمات بالوحدات البيطرية بمعامل ارتباط متعدد قدره 0,633 ،وبلغت قيمة معامل التحديد 0,40 أي أن هذه المتغيرات المستقلة مجتمعة تشرح 40 % من التباين الكلي في درجة إدارة الأزمات بالوحدات البيطرية.
