Bronchogenic cysts are uncommon in the extremely tongue. It can be diagnosed from the second trimester of pregnancy by ultrasound completed by a fetal MRI to give better precision concerning the mass. We present the case of a bronchogenic cyst of the root of the tongue discovered in a fetus of 17 weeks of gestation complicated with polyhydramnios leading to a medical interruption of pregnancy.
