Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and the best of prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions as a whole. This research deals with the fundamental issues that AlZarkashi conveyed and agreed upon in the discussion of the concept - an applied study- and this research dealt with defining the concept, mentioning the agreed upon issues related to it with a statement of what is meant by each issue, and mentioning the sayings of scholars on the same issue, whether they mentioned the agreement or supported, With giving examples of each of the issues, and indicating what issues were agreed upon, and what was not. الحمد لله رب العالمين وأفضل الصلاة وأتم التسليم على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.يتناول هذا البحث المسائل الأصولية التي نقل الزركشي الاتفاق عليها في مباحث المفهوم – دراسة تطبيقية - وقد تناول هذا البحث التعريف بالمفهوم، وذكر المسائل المتفق عليها المتعلقة به مع بيان المقصود من كل مسألة، وذكر أقوال العلماء في نفس المسألة سواء إن كانوا ذاكرين للإتفاق أم مؤيدين، مع إعطاء أمثلة لكل مسألة من المسائل, وبيان ما كان من المسائل متفقاً عليها ، وما لم يكن.
