| Abstract (English): |
This research came as a statement of the importance of the benefits deduced from the hadith by identifying these benefits and the methods of deducing them from the hadith texts and the importance of employing them according to the requirements of the age in order to renew matters of religion, because the meanings of the hadith include many visible and hidden benefits, and what is hidden, it needs to be studied and contemplated, to stand Based on the subtle meanings, and that these benefits require scientific employment, and my work serves the nation’s interest and ward off evil, which is the main purpose of the legislation. And that these benefits are tantamount to a fatwa if it is from the texts of acceptable hadiths, and in agreement with the methodology of the hadiths who responded to the fatwa through what they have deduced. جاء ىذا البحث بياناً لأىمية الفوائد المستنبطة من الحديث النبوي من خلبل التعرف عمى ىذه الفوائد وطرق استنباطيا من النصوص الحديثية واىمية توظيفيا حسب متطمبات العصر من اجل تجديد أمور الدين ، لأن معاني الحديث مشتممة عمى فوائد كثيرة ظاىرة وخفية، وما خفي فيو بحاجة الى د ا رسة وتأمل، لموقوف عمى المعاني الدقيقة، وان ىذه الفوائد تحتاج الى توظيف عممي، وعممي تخدم مصمحة الامة، وتد أ ر عنيا المفاسد، وىو المقصد الاساسي من تشريع الاحكام. اذ إن ىذه الفوائد تكون بمثابة الفتوى ان كانت مستنبطة من نصوص احاديث مقبولة، وموافقة لمنيج المحدثين الذين تصدوا لمفتوى من خلبل ما استنبطوه من احكام، وفوائد في كتبيم.
