| Abstract (English): |
This research aims to identify the strategies of the electronic public relations complains of the Ministries of Health in Iraq and Jordan to combat the Corona epidemic.In order to achieve this goal, the researcher used the comparative method, which is one of the important scientific methods in descriptive studies, and in order to reach a scientific comparison, we have adopted the method of content in the Iraqi and Jordanian Ministry of Health.The most prominent results of the study are:1. There is a clear difference between the Iraqi and Jordanian Minister of Health websites in the use of type and number, confirming the superiority of the Jordanian Ministry of Health website.2. There is similarity between the two websites of the Ministry of Health in Iraq and Jordan in the results of the demographic analysis related to the identify elements of the site.3. There is a clear discrepancy in the type of goals, means and approaches used in achieving the strategies of the electronic public relations complain of the Ministry of Health in Iraq and Jordan. يهدف هذا البحث التعرف على استراتيجيات حملات العلاقات العامة عبر الانترنت في مكافحة وباء (كورونا) لدى وزارة الصحة العراقية والأردنية.ولغرض تحقيق هذا الهدف فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج المقارن أحد المناهج المهمة في أساليب البحوث الوصفية، عن طريق تحليل المضمون للمواقع الإلكترونية للعلاقات العامة في وزارتي الصحة في كل من العراق والاردن للوصول إلى أهداف البحث والخروج بنتائج الدراسة المقارنة وتحديد أهم الاستراتيجيات المعتمدة في الحملات التوعوية المكافحة لوباء (كورونا).وتشكل مجتمع الدراسة بإطاريه المكاني والزماني في المواقع الالكترونية الرسمية لوزاراتي الصحة أعلاه وتحددت المدة الزمنية الخاصة بتحليل المضمون للمدة من 1/10/2020 ولغاية 30/3/2021 واستخدم الباحث أسلوب الحصر الشامل لمحتويات المواقع الإلكترونية وما تضمنته من استراتيجيات وأنشطة وفعاليات إعلامية وخدمية وتوصل الباحث إلى جملة من النتائج المهمة أبرزها:1. هناك اختلاف واضح بين الموقعين الالكترونيين لوزارتي الصحة العراقية والاردنية في استخدام الاستراتيجيات من حيث النوع والعدد تؤكد تفوق موقع وزارة الصحة الاردنية.2. هناك تشابه بين الموقعين في نتائج التحليل الديمغرافي المتعلق بالعناصر التعريفية الشكلية.3. وجود تباين واضح في نوعية الاهداف والوسائل والاستمالات المستعملة في تنضيد استراتيجيات حملات العلاقات العامة الالكترونية لكلا الموقعين.
