The study entitled 'Common Issues among Judge Abdul Rahman Al Bahkali(D.1248H)' through his book: Tayssir Al- Yusra; Sharh al- Mujtaba from the Great Sunan: Collection and Study sheds light on the most prominent fundamentalist personality of Judge Al-Bahkali through one of his most important books; Tayssir Al-Yusra; Sharh al-Mujtaba, which was considered as a broad and large explanation which reached the utmost part of the five volumes; Fasting book, an explanation full of benefits, investigations, sayings and weightings in which Judge Al-Bahkali demonstrated a unique fundamentalist ingenuity and dived deeply into the micro-study of meanings according to his disciples, peers, and elders' testimony, as I adopted the inductive approach in tracing some fundamental issues related to general research through university theses investigating his book. أردت من بحثي هذا المعنون ب: مسائل العموم عند القاضي عبد الرحمن البهكلي )ت 1248 ه( من خلال كتابه تيسير اليسرى شرح المجتبى من ال س نن الكبرى -جمعاً ودراسةً-أنْ أبرز الش خصية الأصولية للقاضي البهكلي من خلال دراسة مسائل العموم في أحد أهم كتبه وهو "تيسير اليسرى شرح المجتبى من ال س نن الكبرى" ، وهو شرح واسع كبير حيث بلغ ما شرحه إلى نهاية كتاب ال ص يام خمس مجل دات؛ شرح مليء بالفوائد والت حقيقات والن قول وال ت رجيحات،أظهر فيه القاضي البهكلي براعة أصولية فريدة ، وغاص في دقائق المعاني حسب شهادة شيوخه وتلاميذه وأقرانه. ولقد انتهجت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي، الت حليلي والاستنباطي في تت ب ع المسائل الأصولي ة وتحليلها و المتعل قة بمبحث العام من خلال بعض الرسا ئل الجامعية المُحق قة من كتابه.
