| Abstract (English): |
This study seeks to understand how the territorialization of the global hegemonic agenda for sustainable development occurs in the Serra do Espinhaço Biosphere Reserve - Minas Gerais - Brazil, and its impacts on the construction of a local environmental agenda. Through description, focus groups and document analysis, it was analyzed as narratives that involve the environmental issue in the territory. In the results, it was observed that the goals and guidelines for the global network of biosphere reserves affect the territory, conditioning the spaces for decision-making and coordination of public policies to the contemporary neoliberal logic. O presente estudo buscou compreender como ocorreu a territorialização da agenda hegemônica global para o desenvolvimento sustentável na Reserva da Biosfera da Serra do Espinhaço - Minas Gerais - Brasil e seus impactos na construção de uma agenda ambiental local. Por meio de entrevistas, grupos de foco e análise documental analisaram-se as narrativas que envolvem a questão ambiental no território. Nos resultados, observou-se que as metas e diretrizes, para a rede mundial de reservas da biosfera, incidem sobre o território, condicionando os espaços de tomada de decisão e coordenação de políticas públicas ambientais à lógica neoliberal contemporânea.
