| Abstract (English): |
The researcher attempts to answer the main question: “Who is Imam Abdelbaqi Altabrizi (d. 1039 H.) and what exegesis methodology did he use in interpreting the Holy Qur’an? The study has shed light on Altabrizi’s biography and his scholarly work primarily his interpretation and explanation of the Holy Qur’an. Through descriptive analysis, the research has investigated Altabrizi’s exegetical methods of interpreting and explaining verses of the Holy Qur’an. The researcher’s descriptive analysis was based on scrutinous investigation of Altabrizi’s exegesis manuscripts. This study used both the inductive and the descriptive method to investigate the scholar’s exegesis. The study consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The researcher concluded that despite Altabrizi’s valuable exegesis of the Qur’an, very few studies have investigated his scholarly work merely because his work has not been edited yet by sharia scholars. Thus, Altabrizi’s scholarly exegesis of the Holy Qur’an is in dire need for editing and further investigation for it has many benefits both for the Holy Qur’an exegesis scholars and cultural heritage specialists. تحاول هذه الدراسة اإلجابة عن السؤال الرئيس وهو: من هو اإلمام عبد الباقي التبريزي، وما هو تفسيره؟ حيث عرضت الدراسة لسيرة اإلمام التبريزي الشخصية، ومسيرته العلمية، ثم تناولت تفسيره بدراسة وصفية، معرّفا بمنهجه وطريقته، وأسلوبِهِ يف التفسيرِ، وعرّفت الدراسة بالنسخ الخطية لهذا التفسير القيم، واتبعت هذه الدراسة املنهج االستقرائي، واملنهج الوصفي، وجاءت الدراسة يف تمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة، وخلصت إلى أن التبريزي بالرغم من بروزه يف علم التفسير، إال أنّهُ لم يُسلَّط عليه الضوء يف هذا التخصص، بسبب عدم تحقيق تفسيره إلى اآلن، وخلصت إلى الوقوف ىلع الحاجة املاسة لتحقيق هذا التفسير للفائدة التي يقدمها للمتخصصين يف التفسير، واملتخصصين بتحقيق التراث.
