| Abstract (English): |
This research deals with the study of the fatwa in the hadith of the Prophet: "Whoever greeted me, may Allah restore my soul" For Sheikh Mohammed bin Hassan bin Ahmed Al-Kawakibi (T.: 1096 AH). The axis on which the manuscript revolved was It is that the Prophet - may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him - is alive in his grave with his body and soul, And he knows obedience to his nation and grieves the disobedience of the disobedient among them. The author has deliberately quoted the sayings of the scholars, Based on narration and rational evidence, The research was divided into two parts: The first: the study section: it includes the definition of the author, the description of the manuscript, and the method of investigation ،And the second section: the text verified.
