| Abstract (English): |
We thank God Almighty, and we thank him for his success, and from him for completing this research entitled “Knowing the reasons for the emergence of the hadith and their effect on Sharia rulings,” in which he briefly presents the extent of the importance of knowing the reasons for the emergence of the noble Prophet’s hadith, which helps a lot to understand the intended meaning of the hadith, and that help diligent, the jurist, the mufti, and the researcher to determine the basic and intended meaning of the hadith that he, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said, and to clarify his intention, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, from all his hadiths, sayings, and legislative deeds. I mentioned models and examples in the chapters of acts of worship, transactions, personal status, boundaries, and felonies, so that knowing the reason for the arrival of the hadith and knowing the appropriate statements of his words, may God bless him and grant him peace, in many different areas, and this is supported by reliable evidence and proof. If this indicates something, it indicates the interest of Islamic law. By reviewing the wisdom and justifications of the legal rulings, expanding and documenting the religious matters that did not neglect or leave an aspect of human life, and serve the true Islamic religion and the Islamic message. نحمد الله تعالى، و نشكره عمى توفيقو، ومنو عمي بإكمال ىذا البحث الموسوم "معرفة أسباب ورود الحديث وأثرىا في الإحكام الشرعية" الذي يعرض فيو مختص ا ر مدى أىمية معرفة أسباب ورود الحديث النبوي الشريف، والتي تساعد كثي ا ر عمى فيم المعنى المقصود من الحديث، وأن ذلك يعين المجتيد، والفقيو، والمفتي، والباحث، عمى تحديد المعنى الأساسي و المقصود من الحديث الذي قالو صمى الله عميو وسمم، وبيان م ا رده صمى الله عميو وسمم من جميع أحاديثو، وأقوالو، وأفعالو، التشريعية، وذكرت لذلك نماذج، وأمثمة في أبواب العبادات، والمعاملات، والأحوال الشخصية، والحدود، والجنايات بحيث إن معرفة سبب ورود الحديث والإطلاع عمى مناسبة أقوالو صمى الله عميو وسمم، في مجالات متعددة ومختمفة، وعززت ذلك بالأدلة والب ا رىين الموثوقة، فإن دل ذلك عمى شيء فإنما يدل عمى اىتمام الشريعة الإسلامية بالاطلاع عمى حِكم وعمل الأحكام الشرعية والتوسع والتوثيق في المباحث الدينية التي لم ييمل ولم يترك جانبا من جوانب الحياة الإنسانية، وخدمة لمدين الإسلامي الحنيف، والرسالة الإسلامية .
