مستخلص: TbDyFe magnetostrictive alloy is prepared by zone melting directional solidification process. The dynamic strain coefficient D33 and B-H curve were obtained at different pressures. The ultrasonic welding system (transducer) based on TbDyFe magnetostrictive material was designed by using transfer matrix method. The finite element simulation method was used to verify the accuracy of the design and determine the size of the tool head. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
