| Abstract (English): |
The theme of longing in Arabic poetry is of significance since the first period. This type of poetry bears a distinguished place among the themes available in Arabic poetry. Most of the poems carrying the theme in question were written in relation to the author’s longing for the homeland. The Muslims are known to have felt a great longing for their initial homeland- the East- after settling in Andalusia. Especially the Muslims who settled in Andalusia in the early times missed the East and expressed their longing through poems. In later periods, poems of longing for the East gradually grew into a literary tradition and many poems were written on this subject. Accordingly, Andalusian poets expressed their longing for Eastern cities such as Damascus and Baghdad, as well as for Macca, Madina and the consecrated places across these districts via poems. In this study, the longing-themed poems written by Andalusian Muslims marked with the motif of longing for the East are discussed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

Arap şiirinde özlem teması ilk dönemden itibaren önemini korumuştur. Bu tema Arap şiiri temaları arasında seçkin bir yere sahiptir. Bu temada yazılan şiirlerin büyük bir kısmı vatan özlemi konusunda yazılmıştır. Müslümanlar, Endülüs topraklarına yerleştikten sonra asıl vatanları olan Doğu’ya karşı büyük bir özlem duymuşlardır. Özellikle de ilk zamanlarda Endülüs’e yerleşen Müslümanlar Doğu’yu özlemişler ve bu özlemlerini şiirlerle dile getirmişlerdir. Daha sonraki dönemlerde Doğu’ya özlem şiirleri bir gelenek haline gelmiş ve bu konuda birçok şiir nazmedilmiştir. Endülüslü şairler, Doğu’da bulunan Şam, Bağdat gibi şehirler ile Mekke, Medine ve buralardaki kutsal mekânlara özlemlerini şiirlerle ifade etmiştir. Bu çalışmada Endülüslü Müslümanların Doğu’ya duydukları özlemden dolayı yazdıkları özlem şiirleri ele alınmıştır. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
