Authors in this pater deal with issues related to the approaches of the strategic management of the company and the development of a universal template for assessing its effectiveness to the capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises. Paper gives a brief description of modern patterns of strategic management of an organization, show their advantages and disadvantages. It is noted how their use affects the company in the long and short term, as well as what difficulties arise when using them in small businesses. The purpose of this article is to study modern opportunities for modeling the strategic management of a company and search for opportunities to adapt them for small and medium-sized enterprises, based on a universal template that requires low costs and time from the manager. Based on the study authors proposed the main approaches to the design of a universal tool for assessing the effectiveness of strategic planning. Paper shows that the use of such a model by small enterprises will improve the efficiency of strategic management. For the large companies such a tool will once again help department heads to check compliance with the strategic course. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
