Industry 4.0 poses a number of challenges to the management of independent enterprises, one of which is their digital transformation. In the report, we look at the impact of the digitization of human resources management on the competitiveness of companies in the industry. Based on its own research, the team of authors reveals the link "HRM digitization – competitiveness", formulates the relevant conclusions and makes recommendations to increase the competitiveness of industrial enterprises.
