مستخلص: This paper is dedicated to an experimental study for testing the feasibility of disinfection for people inside an ozone cabin. The cabin that has a volume of about 1 m³ is well sealed and comprises inside an ozone generator, one electric fan to circulate the ozone inside the cabin and two other fans used to extract the ozone outside the cabin after the disinfection operation. A stool with adjustable height is placed in the central part, on which the person whose head passes through an opening located at the top of the cabin will sit. Microbiological analysis was carried out with bacterial strains inoculated in Petri dishes, using air sampling inside the cabin and surface samples taken from the clothing and the hand. The obtained results showed high efficiency of the cabin with disinfection rates greater than 80%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
