| Abstract (English): |
Objectives: The study aims to propose a vision to develop kindergarten instructional administration in Jordan based on creative leadership. The community of study consisted of all private kindergarten administrators and teachers in Amman. A stratified random sample of 404 kindergarten administrators and teachers for 2020/2021 school year were selected. Methods: A descriptive developmental approach was used to achieve the aims of the study. A 55-item questionnaire was designed for this purpose. Results: The results showed that the need for a vision is urgent. As a result, the study proposed a vision that was evaluated by experts. The evaluation from experts’ point of view showed that the vision has a high degree of clarity, realism, flexibility, and applicability. Conclusions: The study recommends the need for adopting the proposed vision as a development tool. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

لأهداف إلى الق ً راسة إلى اقتراح رؤية لتطوير إدارة تعليم رياض الأطفال في الأردن استنادا : هدفت الدّ يادة الإبداعيّة، وتك ون مجتمع مات رياض الأطفال الخاصّة في عمّان، اختيرت عيّنة طبقيّة عشوائيّة بواقع ّ راسة من جميع مديرات ومعل الدّ 404 مة في ّ مديرة، ومعل راس ي .2021/ العام الدّ 2020 المنهجية راسة جرى استخدام المنهج الوصفي التّطويري، إذ جرى بناء : لتحقيق هدف الدّ استبانة مكوّنة من 55 فقرة، وذلك للكشف راسة ر رؤية من وجهة نظر أفراد عيّنة الدّ ّ عن درجة الواقع والأهميّة والحاجة لتوف . النتائج راسة رؤية مقترحة بعد تحكيمها، إذ أظهرت جة عالية، وقدمت الدّ ر رؤية جاءت بدر ّ : أظهرت النّتائج أن درجة الحاجة لتوف النّتائج أن وضوح ال رؤية وواقعيّتها ومرونتها، وقابليّتها للتّطبيق جاءت بدرجة عالية. التوصيات راسة بتبني الرؤية المقترحة كأداة تطويرّية.
