The study sought to reveal the perceptions and attitudes of journalists, technicians, and leaders of the Middle East News Agency (MENA), toward the reality and prospective of employing Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques, the survey used two tools for collecting data; the first is questionnaire, a quantitative tool used with 18 journalists and technicians, and a qualitative tool, which is the semi-structure interview with 5 of MENA leaders. In building its assumptions, questions, and interpretation of its results the study used the Interactive Technology Acceptance Model (ITAM).The study found no statistically significant relationship between usefulness perceived and easiness perceived in one hand, and the usage of AI techniques by MENA. The study supported the hypothesis of ITAM about the importance of the role of organization in facilitating the adoption of new technologies, by providing an encouraging environment. The study reasserted the important hypothesis of the ITAM, especially the importance of the institutional role in accepting new technology. ITAM enabled us to anticipate a positive future for the employment of AI techniques at MENA and the absence of obstacles in front of it if the agency overcomes economic and institutional challenges. The study did not identify any concerns for editors about their future career. سعت الد ا رسة لكشف اتجاهات الصحفيين والتقنيين والقيادات بوكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط لواقع ومستقبل توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل الصحفي الإخباري ، مستخدمة منهج المسح وأداتين لجمع البيانات الأولى كمية؛ وهي استبانة بمشاركة 18 مبحو ث ا، وأداة كيفية هي المقابلة شبة المقننة مع 5 من قيادات الوكالة. استندت الد ا رسة في بناء افت ا رضاتها وتساؤلاتها وتفسير نتائجها على نموذج تقبل التكنولوجيا التفاعلية، حيث أكدت الد ا رسة على الانتقادات التي وجهت إلى نموذج تقبل التكنولوجيا في نسخته الأولي التي تفترض أن السهولة والفائدة المدركين أساسين محددين لتبني التكنولوجيا الجديدة؛ حيث توصلت الد ا رسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين هاذين العاملين وتطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بالوكالة. في المقابل أيدت الد ا رسة ما ذهب إليه نموذج تقبل التكنولوجيا التفاعلية من أهمية دور المنظمة في استخدام التقنيات الجديدة عبر توفير بيئة مناسبة تشجع هذا التطبيق. ومن هنا أعادت الد ا رسة التأكيد على الإضافة المهمة التي حققها النموذج التفاعلي وخاصة بروز الدور المؤسسي في تقبل التكنولوجيا . كما مكننا هذا المدخل من توقع مستقبل إيجابي لتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بالوكالة وعدم وجود معوقات أمامه إ ذا تغلبت الوكالة على القيود الاقتصادية، حيث رصدت الد ا رسة حالة كبيرة من التفاؤل بمستقبل هذا التوظيف الذي سيؤدي إلى زيادة قدرة الوكالة التنافسية، وسرعة إنجاز مهام صحافييها وزيادة الجمهور وجذب اشت ا ركات جديدة. ولم ترصد الد ا رسة وجود مخاوف للمحررين على مستقبلهم الوظيفي، وجاء التخوف الوحيد الذي أيده الصحفيون تجا ه قضايا أخلاقية كحقوق الملكية وانتهاك الخصوصية.
