مستخلص: The modern approach to assessing thermal comfort uses complex indicators based on predicted heat sensations, thermal comfort indices. These include the PMV-PPD indices proposed by P.O. Fanger (ISO 7730); equivalent, working, effective, operational and resulting temperatures, formalized in Russian and international standards and scientific publications. The paper analyzes and clarifies the provisions of the GOST 30494-2011 standard and ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 55-1992 on the resulting (operational) temperature, which regulates the weight coefficients values, which take into account the convective and radiation temperature factor influence, as well as air mobility, on heat sensation. The analysis is based on the iso-comfort parameters matrices developed by the authors, which determine the equivalent heat sensations as a microclimatic and personal parameters function, as well as on the room class in terms of the thermal comfort level. The functional dependences are obtained for calculating the operational temperature with a higher accuracy than according to the methodology given in GOST 30494-2011 and ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 55-1992.
