Abstract (English): The research aimed to measure the impact of real estate finance on economic growth in India, and the study relied on data, statistics, reports and bulletins issued by the Reserve Bank of India, as well as development indicators of the World Bank, for the time period (1995-2021). The study used the descriptive approach to describe the economic conditions of economic development and real estate finance in India, and the analytical approach to identify the impact of real estate finance on economic growth in India, as well as to estimate the relationship between the study variables between real estate finance and economic growth in India using the multiple regression model using the SPSS program. The results of the study showed: there is a statistically significant increase in the GDP in India annually, amounting to about 111.96 billion dollars, representing about 7.95% of its average, and a statistically significant decrease in the interest rate on lending, which amounted to about 0.211%, representing about 1.86%. A statistically significant increase in the ratio of real estate finance to the bank's total balance (%), annually, amounting to about 0.367%, representing about 4.13% of its average during the study period. And there is a statistically significant increase in the ratio of real estate investment to the domestic product, annually, amounting to about 0.502%, which represents about 23% of its average during the study period. It was also found that the gross domestic product in the state of India is directly proportional to the explanatory variables represented in the volume of real estate financing, foreign investment, interest rate on lending (%), taxes on goods and services (% value added of industry and services), net financial flows, financing on market terms.
