| Abstract (English): |
Regarding the effects of outsourcing in the Brazilian labor market, this article aims to understand the causes of the effects, in labor relations involving outsourced employees in public administration, something that has been shown to be a significant and frequent problem in Brazilian society. Therefore, the logic was to explore materials elaborated on the subject, scientific articles, websites, books, statistical indicators, and legislation, in order to find a believable solution, capable of solving the setbacks found in the current law of outsourcing (Law No. 13,429/2017) and contribute to put the worker in a situation of vulnerability. That said, it is imperative to find a solution to the problems encountered, to assert the dignity of the human person where it is one of the basic principles in the Federal Constitution of 1988. No que diz respeito aos efeitos da terceirização no mercado de trabalho brasileiro, o presente artigo pretende compreender as causas dos efeitos, nas relações de trabalho envolvendo funcionários terceirizados na administração pública, algo que tem se demostrado um problema significativo e frequente na sociedade brasileira. Portanto, a lógica foi explorar materiais elaborados sobre o tema, artigos científicos, sites, livros, indicadores estatísticos e na legislação, com intuito de encontrar uma solução acreditável, capaz de sanar os reveses encontrados na atual lei da terceirização (Lei n° 13.429/2017) e contribuem para colocar o trabalhador em situação de vulnerabilidade. Dito isso, é imperioso encontrar uma solução aos problemas encontrados, para se valer a dignidade da pessoa humana onde é uns dos princípios basilares na Constituição Federal de 1988.
