China is vigorously promoting the whole process of engineering consulting services( WPECS) and the digitized transformation of the construction industry. For the problems existing in the current engineering consulting industry, the combination of WPECS and digitization is proposed as an effective response strategy from the perspective of the development needs of the engineering consulting industry. This paper proposes the "Objective-Implementation" framework diagram of the digitized transformation of WPECS, and puts forward the forerunner points for digitization of WPECS, such as organization structure design, standard system construction, infrastructure construction, related laws and regulations improvement.
