| Abstract (English): |
The purpose of this article, which aims to analyze CSR Corporate Social Responsibility, from the strategic plans of precious metal mining companies. The methodology used was an interpreative paradigm, qualitative approach, under the phenomenological and hermeneutical methods. The instrument was a structured interview. The results found that for these companies the concept of CSR is defined from the strategic plans of each company, they consider it important to respond to the demands of interest groups. El propósito de este artículo es analizar la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial RSE, desde los planes estratégicos de las empresas mineras de metales preciosos. La metodología utilizada fue un paradigma interpretativo, enfoque cualitativo, bajo los métodos fenomenológicos y hermenéutico. El instrumento fue una entrevista estructurada. En los resultados se encontró que para estas empresas el concepto de RSE está definida desde los planes estratégicos de cada empresa, consideran que es importante responder a las exigencias de los grupos de interés.
