| Abstract (English): | The study of the Euphrates Island region is one of the studies worthies of attention due to its political, economic, and scientific importance, as well as its active role in the events of Islamic history. The Euphrates Island has attracted the attention of many Arab and Muslim historians, countrymen, and a group of orientalists due to the importance of Ibn Omar Island in being an important part of the Euphrates Island and in being one of the areas with a Kurdish majority, where the Kurds had a distinguished role in the political, economic and administrative aspects as well as their civilized role on that island and their outstanding scientific contributions, religious sciences come at the forefront, they added to Islamic civilization which I took as the subject of my research. The research is divided into three sections: in the first of which I talked about the location, geography and naming of the island of Ibn Omar and the scholars who were affiliated with; the second section tackles the scholars of the Holy Qur’an in the island of Ibn Omar; while the last topic was devoted to scholars of hadith and jurisprudence. It has become clear to us through this research that most of the scholars of Ibn Umar Island in the religious sciences are from the Kurds who had a prominent role in the study and teaching of these sciences, and that the Ibn Umar Island was an important center of the teaching centers of religious sciences. The evidence for this is the influx of many scholars of The Holy Qur’an and Hadith to teach these sciences on the island, as well as the flock of students of science from the various Islamic regions to the island of Ibn Umar to study these sciences. | Abstract (Arabic): | تعد دراسة منطقة الجزيرة الفراتية من الدراسات الجديرة باالهتمام نظرا لما تملكه من أهمية سياسية، وأقتصادية، وعلمية، عىل دراسة مدن الجزيرة الفراتي يم، لذا تركزت جهود الباحث ين أحداث التاري خ االسال ي ن فضال عن دورها الفاعل ف ة، وأحداثها مختلف الحقب التاريخية، ونالت الجزيرة الفراتية اهتمام العديد من المؤرخ ين ي ن لبيان أهمية تلك المدن وما قدمته ف ي كونها تشكل جزءا مهما ن ، ونظرا الهمية جزيرة ابن عمر ف رشق ين اضافة اىل مجموعة من المست العرب والمسلم ين والبلداني ين من الجزيرة الفراتية اضافة الجوانب ال ي ن ف ن اىلكونها تعد من المناطق ذات االغلبية الكردية حيثكان للكرد الدورالمتم ي سياسية ة اضافوها للحضارة تلك الجزيرة وما قدموه من اسهامات علمية متم ين ي ن واالقتصادية واالدارية اضافة اىل دورهم الحضاري ف رشعية وقد مقدمتها دراسة العلوم ال ي ن ي ف االسالمية يات هذا. ي جزيرة ابن عمر موضوعا لبح ث ي ن رشعية ف اتخذت ذلك اي العلوم ال االول منها تكلمت عن موقع وجغرافية وتسمية جزيرة ابن عمر ي ن وقد قسمت البحث اىل ثالثة مباحث: ف ، ومن هم العلماء الذين انتسبوا اليها، الجزيرة العمرية، ي ن ي وعوامل ظهور العلماء ف عن علماء ن ي والمبحث الثات جزيرة ابن ع ن القران الكريم ف مر، اما المبحث االخ يفقد خصصته لعلماء الحديث والفقه. العلوم ي ن رش وقد اتضح لنا من خالل هذا البحث ان أغلب علماء جزيرة ابن عمر ف عية هم من الكرد الذين كان لهم الدور ال رشعية والدليل عىل ي دراسة وتدريس هذه العلوم، وان جزيرة ابن عمركانت مركزا مهما من مراكز تدريس العلوم ال ن ف المتم ين ي جزيرة ابن عمر، كذلك توافد طلبة العل ن ذلك توافد الكث ي من علماء القران الكريم والحديث لتدريس هذه العلوم ف م من مختلف االقاليم االسالمية اىل جزيرة ابن عمر لدراسة تلك العلوم.
