| Abstract (English): |
The Arabic Language Academy in Cairo is one of the main circles closely related to Arabic, It seeks to preserve the integrity of the Arab, And facilitate its rules for learners and learners in line with the old Arabic language, Either based on the opinion of a grammarian or refer to what came in the Arab miracles throughout the ages, It seeks to develop new language rules that meet the needs of society, And the development of a historical dictionary of the Arabic words and their implications and the use of formulas, The objectives of the Synod should fill the shortage in the Arabic language due to the continuous development in society and at all levels, This is through relying on the linguistic heritage found in the miracles, which the morphologists have never set foot on, The lexicon books of various kinds enriched the needs of the Arabic Language Academy in Cairo for issuing decisions that justified the issues that were anomalous to the ancient morphologists. يمثل مجمع اللغة العربية في القاهرة غرفة تحكم رئيسة مرتبطة باللغة العربية ارتباطا وثيقا, فهو يسعى الى الحفاظ على سالمة العربية, وتيسير قواعدها للمتعلمين والدارسين بما يتالءم مع اللغة العربية القديمة, إما باستنادهم إلى رأي أحد الصرفيين أو الرجوع إلى ما جاء في المعجمات العربية على مر العصور, ويسعى إلى وضع قواعد لغوية جديدة تلبي حاجة المجتمع, و وضع معجم تاريخي لأللفاظ العربية ودالالتها واستعمال الصيغ فيها, ويترتب على أهداف المجمع سد النقص الحاصل في ألفاظ اللغة العربية بسبب التطور المستمر في المجتمع وعلى األصعدة كافة ؛ ويكون ذلك من خالل االعتماد على الموروث اللغوي الموجود في المعجمات والذي لم تطأه أيدي الصرفيين, فقد أغنت كتب المعجم بأنواعه المتعددة ما يحتاج إليه مجمع اللغة العربية في القاهرة إلصداره قرارات تسيغ المسائل التي كانت شاذة عند الصرفيين القدماء.
