مستخلص: With the rapid development of computer technology, finite element method has been applied to the non-destructive simulation test of many engineering problems. In order to improve the research and development efficiency of furniture products and reduce destructive tests, three kinds of solid wood seat frame structures were taken as the research objects, and some mechanical properties parameters of the frame material birch were measured by the test method. At the same time, the ABAQUS software was used to analyze and compare the material strength and the stress values of the three solid wood seat frame structures under static load and impact load. The results showed that it is feasible to apply ABAQUS software to the stress analysis of solid wooden chair frame structure. Under the constant load of 1 600 N, model 3 has the lowest stress value and is the best statics structure. Under the same impact force, model 2 has the lowest overall stress and the best dynamic structure. This study provides reference for product design and cost saving of furniture enterprises.
