| Abstract (English): |
this research studies Terminology in the chain of transmission of Hadith, such as "informed by a companion" or "attributed to the prophet by a converter" and recognizing its evidence to attribute the hadith to the prophet or not – studying Bukhari's book as a sample of this terminology, to discuss on this topic, I was inspired by is that the one who looks at the hadiths that are mentioned with this terminology, and did attributed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him - finds a question in his mind which is: Are these hadiths untraceable or traceable, and how do we know that, this question is what motivated me to address To discuss this topic, and to know the words of the scholars on it, the researcher concluded that these terms mean that the hadith is raised to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him-, and that all the hadiths that were mentioned in Sahih Al-Bukhari and these words were mentioned in their foundations were not associated with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him - Al-Bukhari has mentioned it In his Sahih with other chain of Narrators, in which it is permissible to attribute the hadith to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. البحث عبارة عن دراسة األلفاظ التي جاءت يف أسانيد بعض األحاديث، كلفظة: "عن الصحابي رَفَعه" أو "عن الصحابي رِوَايَة"، ونحوها، ولم تسند إلى النبي –صلى الله عليه وسلم-، ومعرفة داللتها ىلع رفع الحديث من عدمه، وقد جعلت صحيح البخاري نموذجًا لدراسة هذه األلفاظ، وكان منهجي يف البحث قائم ىلع املنهج االستقرائي والتحليلي، حيث قمت باستقراء كتب علوم الحديث؛ ألنظر يف أقوال أهل العلم ىلع هذه األلفاظ، وكذا استقراء صحيح البخاري؛ ألنظر يف األحاديث التي جاء فيها بعض هذه األلفاظ، ثم بعد ذلك قمت بتحليل هذه النتائج التي جُمِعَتْ، ومعرفة طريقة البخاري يف إخراج هذه األحاديث التي ورد يف أسانيدها هذه األلفاظ، ومعرفة هل روى البخاري هذه األحاديث بأسانيد أخرى مصرح فيها برفع الحديث أو ال، والذي دعاني للبحث يف هذا املوضوع أنَّ الناظر إلى األحاديث التي جاء يف إسنادها هذه األلفاظ، ولم تسند إلى النبي –صلى الله عليه وسلم-، يجد عدة أسئلة يف ذهنه، وهي هل هذه األحاديث موقوفة أو مرفوعة، وكيف لنا معرفة ذلك؟ وما هي طريقة البخاري يف إخراج هذه األحاديث إن وُجِدَتْ؟ وقد توصل الباحث إلى أن هذه األلفاظ معناها أن الحديث مرفوع إلى النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم-، وأن جميع األحاديث التي وردت يف صحيح البخاري وجاء يف أسانيدها هذه األلفاظ أنَّ البخاري قد أخرجها يف صحيحه بأسانيد أخرى، فيها التصريح برفع الحديث إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.
