| Abstract (English): |
This study aims to reveal the extent of any relationship between the practicing of agile leadership by academic leaders and the effectiveness of their decision-making and any statistically significant differences according to the variables (gender, academic degree) from the viewpoint of the faculty members at Qassim University, Saudi Arabia. To achieve this, it has been identified the degree of agile leadership practicing by academic leaders as well as the degree of effectiveness of decision-making. The quantitative descriptive correlative approach has been used as the study methodology and the questionnaire is the tool for data collection. The study sample consists of (380) faculty members who are randomly selected. The findings of this study indicate that the degree of academic leaders’ practicing of agile leadership is "high", as well as the effective of decision-making is "high". As a result, it has been found a positive relationship between the practicing of agile leadership by academic leaders and the effectiveness of decisionmaking. In addition, this study does not reveal any statistically significant differences due to the study variable "gender" whereas it has been found statistically significant differences for "the continuous improvement dimension" as a dimension of agile leadership due to the "academic degree" variable in favor of those with academic rank (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor). The study has recommended reinforcing Agile Leadership practicing in educational institutions because of their positive impact on the effectiveness of decision-making. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

هدفت الدراسة إىل الكشف عن مدى وجود عالقة طردية بني ممارسة القيادة الرشيقة من قبل القيادات األكادميية وفاعلية اختاذ القرار لديهم وعن أي فروق ذات داللة إحصائية يف استجاابت عينة الدراسة ابختالف متغريات )اجلنس، الدرجة العلمية(. ويف سبيل ذلك، سعت الدراسة إىل التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة الرشيقة من قبل القيادات األكادميية جبامعة القصيم وكذلك درجة فعالية اختاذ القرار من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ً جلمع ابجلامعة. واستخدمت الدراسة املنهج الوصفي بنمطيه املسحي واالرتباطي، واعتمدت االستبانة أداة البياانت، واليت طُبقت على عينة مكونة من )380 من أعضاء هيئة التدريس مت اختيارهم ابلطريقة ً ( عضوا العشوائية، وتوصلت الدراسة إىل مجلة من النتائج أمهها: أن درجة ممارسة القيادات األكادميية جبامعة القصيم للقيادة الرشيقة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كذلك جاءت تقديراهتم لدرجة فاعلية اختاذ بدرجة مرتفعة. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود عالقة ارتباطية طردية )موجبة( ذات داللة إحصائية بني ممارسة القيادات األكادميية جبامعة القصيم للقيادة الرشيقة وفاعلية اختاذ القرار. إضافة إىل ذلك، مل تكشف الدراسة عن ا ً فروق دالة إحصائي د التحسني ْ ع ُ ا لب ً ُجدت فروق دالة إحصائي ر ي: )اجلنس، الدرجة العلمية(، يف حني و ِ ُعزى ملتغري ت الدرجة العلمية لصاحل ذوي الرتب العلمية )أستاذ مساعد، ر ِ ُعزى ملتغري ْد من أبعاد القيادة الرشيقة ت ع ُ املستمر كب أستاذ مشارك(. وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز ممارسات القيادة الرشيقة يف املؤسسات التعليمية ملا هلا من أثر إجيايب يف فعالية اختاذ القرار.
