| Abstract (English): |
Social responsibility is one of the most important job duties that fall on the shoulders of the university, as it is a continuous commitment from it to develop the cultural, economic, educational and social level for all members of society. Therefore, the current research attempts to answer the following main question: How can the role of faculty and leadership development centers in Egyptian universities be developed in developing their social responsibility values in light of the standards of international university classifications? The objectives of the research can be determined in that it seeks to stand on the reality of the values of social responsibility in the centers of capacity development of faculty members and leaders in Egyptian universities from the point of view of faculty members, and the research relied on the descriptive approach. Impeding the development of social responsibility values in the capacity development centers of faculty members and university leaders, including the lack of financial resources allocated to the implementation of social responsibility programs. تعد المسؤولية الاجتماعية أحد أهم الواجبات الوظيفية التى تقع على عاتق الجامعة فهي التزام مستمر منها في تطوير المستوى الثقافي والاقتصادي والتعليمي والاجتماعي لجميع أفراد المجتمع ،ومن أبرز التحديات العالمية التى شهدتها الجامعات التصنيفات العالمية والتى اتجهت إلى وضع معايير لها لتقييم مؤسسات التعليم العالى وتحديد ترتيبها على المستوى الدولي ،لذلک يحاول البحث الحالى الإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسى التالى:. کيف يمکن تطوير دور مراکز تنمية قدرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والقيادات بالجامعات المصرية في تنمية قيم المسئولية الاجتماعية لديهم فى ضوء معايير التصنيفات العالمية للجامعات ؟ ،ويمکن تحديد أهداف البحث فى أنه يسعى إلى الوقوف على واقع قيم المسئولية الاجتماعية فى مراکز تنمية قدرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والقيادات بالجامعات المصرية من وجهه نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ،واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفى ،ومن أهم النتائج التى توصل إيها البحث وجود مجموعة من المعوقات التى تعيق تنمية قيم المسئولية الاجتماعية فى مراکز تنمية قدرات اعضاء هيئة التدريس و القيادات الجامعية منها نقص الموارد المالية المخصصة لتنفيذ برامج المسئولية الاجتماعية ،وفى نهاية البحث تم وضع مجموعة من الأليات اللازمة لتطوير دور مراکز تنمية قدرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والقيادات بالجامعات المصرية في تنمية قيم المسئولية الاجتماعية لديهم فى ضوء معايير التصنيفات العالمية للجامعات.
