Two new compounds, a pregnane glycoside and a triterpene saponin, were isolated from pericarp of Digitalis ciliata. The structures of the obtained compounds were established using one- and two-dimensional NMR (1H, 13C, HSQC, HMBC, COSY) and mass spectroscopy (ESI-MS). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
