Abstract (English): In recent years, Modified basalt fiber (MBF),as a green carrier material for wastewater biological treatment, has drawn much attention. The bio-nest technology based on MBF can not only strengthen the water purification effect but also has the advantages such as low energy consumption and sludge production. The advantages of MBF are demonstrated and compared with common carrier materials in terms of fundamental characteristics, biocompatibility, and other factors. The key points of the MBF bio-nest technology and its water purification mechanism are summarized. On this basis, the application cases of MBF in wastewater treatment are introduced in detail. Furthermore, the future development trend and research priorities for MBF bio-nest technology are forecasted. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Chinese): 改性玄武岩纤维 (Modified Basalt Fiber,MBF) 作为一种绿色环保的污水生物处理载体材料近年来受到重点关注,基于MBF构建的生物巢技术不仅可以强化水质净化效果,而且具有能耗低、污泥产量少等优点。从基本特性、生物相容性等方面对比常用载体材料并论述MBF的优势,梳理总结MBF生物巢技术的要点及其水质净化机理的基础上,重点介绍MBF在污水处理中的应用案例,并对MBF生物巢技术未来发展趋势和研究重点进行展望。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
