| Abstract (English): |
This study aims to identify the reality of applying electronic supervision in public education in Al Madinah Al Monwarh region, during the Corona Pandemic, and to investigate the challenges facing the application of electronic supervision, in addition to exploring the available opportunities for the application of electronic supervision from the educational supervisor's point of view in Al Madinah Al Monwarh region. The survey method is adopted in the study and a questionnaire is applied on a random stratified sample of 85 educational supervisors during the first semester of the year 1441 - 1442 AH. The results of the study revealed a high degree of response for applying electronic supervision in public education schools in Al Madinah Al Monwarh, with an average of 3.19, revealing a high response to the challenges in general. Administrative challenges came first with a mean of 3.03, followed by technical challenges with a mean of 2.93, and human challenges with an average of 2.71. Finally, the study revealed several opportunities including the application of electronic supervision as an approved mechanism in remote villages, the expansion of community partnerships with specialized agencies to deal with technologies, and the inclusion of electronic competencies in professional licensing tests ... and others. هدفــت الدراســة إلــى الكشــف عــن واقــع تطبيــق اإلشــراف اإللكترونــي فــي التعليــم العــام بمنطقــة المدينــة المنــورة، فــي ظــل جائحــة كورونــا، ومعرفــة التحديــات التــي تواجــه تطبيــق اإلشــراف اإللكترونــي، باإلضافــة إلــى استكشــاف أبــرز الفــرص المتاحــة لتطبيــق اإلشــراف اإللكترونـي مـن وجهـة نظـر المشـرفات التربويـات. ولتحقيـق هـدف الدراسـة تـم اسـتخدام المنهـج الوصفـي المسـحي بتطبيـق اسـتبانة علـى عينـة عشـوائية طبقيـة مـن 85 مشـرفة تربويـة خـال الفصـل الدراسـي األول مـن العـام 1441 - 1442هــ. وقـد توصلـت الدراسـة إلـى وجـود اسـتجابة بدرجــة عاليــة حــول واقــع تطبيــق اإلشــراف اإللكترونــي فــي مــدارس التعليــم العــام بالمدينــة المنـورة بمتوسـط حسـابي ،3,19 كمـا كشـفت عـن اسـتجابة بدرجـة عاليـة علـى التحديـات؛ حيـث جـاءت التحديـات اإلداريـة أوًاًل بمتوسـط حسـابي ،3,03 تليهـا التحديـات التقنيـة والفنيـة بمتوسـط حسـابي ،2,93 ثـم التحديـات البشـرية بمتوسـط حسـابي2,71 ً . وأخيـرا كشـفت الدراسـة عـن عـدد مـن الفـرص مـن وجهـة نظـر المشـرفات ومنهـا تطبيـق اإلشـراف اإللكترونـي كآليـة معتمـدة فـي القــرى النائيــة، وتوســيع الشــراكات المجتمعيــة مــع جهــات متخصصــة للتعامــل مــع التقنيــات، وإدراج الكفايـات اإللكترونيـة فـي اختبـارات الرخـص المهنيـة.. وغيرهـا.
