Shelf life study of the talc based bioformulation of the Trichoderma asperellum and Pseudomonas fluorescens, bioagents of plant pathogens. Effect of substrates on growth and shelf life of Trichoderma harzianum and its use in biocontrol of diseases. Biocontrol agent Trichoderma asperellum was used against Phytophthora foot rot disease of citrus in our experiment and was found highly efficacious against Phytophthora (Choudhary et al., 2021). A shelf life study for the bioformulation was performed by spread plate method (Singh et al., 2021) i.e 1 ml of formulated bioproduct which was serially diluted to 10[sup -13] was transferred to the freshly prepared TSM (Trichoderma Selective Media) plates.
