| مستخلص: | This article explores the relationship between personality traits and entrepreneurial intention among Saudi women during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study reveals that personality traits such as risk-taking, need for achievement, and locus of control have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention of Saudi women. The research offers valuable insights for promoting female entrepreneurship in Saudi Arabia and fills a gap in understanding the role of personality traits in entrepreneurial intention. The study suggests that fostering these personality traits can encourage more Saudi women to engage in entrepreneurial activities. However, the findings may not be applicable to other countries, and future research should investigate entrepreneurial intention in different regions and nations. The article also recommends considering additional personality traits and examining the actual actions and outcomes of entrepreneurs in future studies. [Extracted from the article] |
