مستخلص: The research aimed to measure the effectiveness of educational content of an Arab cultural character in developing the listening, comprehension, and reading comprehension skills of learners of non- native arabic speakers. To achieve this, educational content consisting of five study units was prepared, which includes listening texts, reading texts, language activities and exercises in listening comprehension and reading comprehension. Two tests were prepared: the first to measure listening comprehension skills, and the second to measure reading comprehension skills. The research sample represented a group of learners at the Institute of Arabic Language for Speakers of Other Languages at King Abdulaziz University at the third level. The number of the student in this group reached (46) students from different nationalities, and they were randomly divided into two groups: experimental of (24) students, and control of (22) students. The research is based on two approaches: the descriptive approach used in the theoretical framework, and in related Arab and foreign studies. And quasi-experimental in choosing the appropriate design for research and adjusting its variables. After performing the necessary statistical operations, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≥0.05) in developing listening comprehension skills and reading comprehension among the research sample in favor of the experimental group.
