| Abstract (English): |
This research investigated the "impact of the conditional structures on the jurisprudential provisions in the verses of divorce in the Holy Quran." The aim is to understand how the structure of Arabic conditional sentence affected the jurisprudential provisions of divorce. In this research, we have opted for the term of "conditional structure" instead of the former term found in traditional books, which is "conditional sentence or consequence (apodosis)". The earlier Arab linguists, who used this term, relied on the concept of sentential construction in the Arabic sentence that is based on the nominal and verbal notions in the Arabic language. يتناول هذا البحث موضوعا بالغ الأهمية وهو: "تأثير البنية الشرطية على الأحكام الفقهية في آيات الطلا ق في القرآن الكري".وذلك بهدف التعرف على الكيفية التي أثرت بها بنية الجملة الشرطية على أحكام الطلاق الفقهية. ولقد آثرنا في هذا البحث استخدام مصطلح "البنية الشرطية "، بدلا عن المصطلح التراثي الذي ساد في كتب القدماء وهو "جملة" الشرط أو الجزاء، والذي اعتمد فيه علماء اللغة الأوائل على فكرة البناء الجملي في اللغة العربية الذي يعتمد على فكرة الاسمية والفعلية في اللغة العربية.
