مستخلص: Nano Al2O3 particles were wear, chemicals, mechanical stresses as well as their favorable optical properties and a porous vast surface area. Other reasons for widespread applications of AlNPs are their low cost of preparation and easy handling. Therefore, owing to the economic importance, the recent achievements and possible health risks associated with the biomedical applications, the AlNPs are successfully synthesized by Co-precipitation approach using aluminium sulfate &NaOH as precursors. The prepared Al2O3 samples were analyzed using XRD, FT-IR, SEM and EDX techniques. The typical size of nano Al2O3 particles is calculated by XRD which is 35 nm. FT-IR studies revealed the peaks at 615 cm-1& 636 cm-1 contributing to the stretching of aluminium oxide. From the SEM Image the morphology of the samples at the surface was studied & found to be Irregular spherical shaped structure. The EDX measurements over the sample shows its purity and presence of Al & O peaks. Aluminium oxide (Al2O3) nanoparticles are class of metal oxide nanoparticles that have diverse biomedical applications owing to their exceptional physicochemical and structural features such as resistance towards cations of Al2O3 are overviewed in this work.
