Abstract (English): The connection between composite panel and metal panel of civil aircraft is an important research content of fuselage structure design, and how to connect the composite cap stringer with the metal Z-shaped/2-shaped stringer is the focus and difficulty of the research. A new hybrid connection structure is proposed in this paper, the influence of embedded defects and BVID on the test piece is considered. The strength characteristics of the hybrid connection structure, the stress condition, failure mode and failure position of the test piece are studied by experimental and numerical simulation; the load transfer problem of composite cap stringer and metal Z-shaped/2-shaped stringer connection is well solved. The results show that the structure meets the design requirements of composite panel and metal panel stringer connection structure and strength, embedded defects and BVID have no effect on the failure load and failure mode of the test piece. The above research results provide important guidance for the research and development of civil aircraft. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Chinese): 民用飞机复材壁板与金属壁板的连接是机身结构设计的重要研究内容,如何将复材帽形长桁和金属Z形/2形长桁连接是研究的重点和难点。本研究提出了一种新型混合连接结构,同时考虑了预埋缺陷和BVID损伤对试验件的影响。通过试验、数值仿真等分析方法研究了混合连接结构的静强度特性,详细分析了试验件的受力情况、失效模式以及破坏位置,很好的解决了复材帽形长桁和金属Z形/2形长桁连接载荷传递问题。研究结果表明:该混合连接结构满足民用飞机结构与强度的设计要求,预埋缺陷和BVID损伤对试验件的破坏载荷和破坏模式无影响。以上研究结果为型号飞机的研制和发展提供重要的指导作用。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
