مستخلص: The irregularity data of high-speed rail track has significant mileage deviation, which inevitably brings difficulties to the scientific analysis and research of track quality. Based on the existing algorithms, this paper proposes the correlation interpolation optimization matching (CIOM) method according to the change trend of waveform and its point matching, and introduces precision factor, shape factor and comprehensive factor as the evaluation index of mileage deviation correction results to make up for the shortcomings of the existing evaluation system of correction algorithms. The CIOM, least squares matching (LSM) and dynamic time warping (DTW) are used to conduct mileage error correction simulation experiment. The results show that CIOM can control the mileage error at about 0. 07m, while retaining the original waveform characteristics. Although DTW has high waveform alignment accuracy, it changes the original waveform and leads to waveform distortion. The shape factor makes up for the deficiency of the existing indicators and can effectively evaluate the change of the modified data waveform. Finally, practical multi-phase tests on a high-speed railway line and the comparison with other methods show that the average values of accuracy factor and shape factor of CIOM algorithm are higher than 0. 9, which proves the effectiveness and superiority of CIOM algorithm in correcting mileage error.
