| Abstract (English): |
The research aims to clarify the reality of the otherworldly assignment, verify the extent of its existence, and identify its applications and requirements. It has been divided into an introduction and two sections. As for the first section, it covers four topics: the reality of the otherworldly assignment, the stages of the otherworldly assignment, the otherworldly assignment from a jurisprudential perspective, and the legal effects of the otherworldly assignment, including the worldly and otherworldly affairs. As for the second section, it contains four topics: the experiential otherworldly assignment, the miraculous otherworldly assignment, the penal otherworldly assignment, and requirements of the otherworldly assignment. The research concluded with an account of the reality of the otherworldly assignment and its three phases, namely experiential, penal, and miraculous, with certain requirements that represent applications for research based on legal and rational evidence. يهدف البحث إلى بيان حقيقة التكليف الأخروي، وتحقيق مدى ثوبته، وذكر تطبيقاته، ومقتضياته. وقد تم تقسيمه إلى مقدمة ومبحثين؛ الأول: الدراسة النظرية الأصولية، والثاني: الدراسة التطبيقية؛ وتحت كليهما ما يناسبه من المطالب والمسائل: أما المبحث الأول؛ ففيه أربعة مطالب: المطلب الأول: حقيقة التكليف الأخروى. والمطلب الثاني: مراحل التكليف الأخروى. والمطلب الثالث: التكليف الأخروي أصوليا؛ وله ضوابط. والمطلب الرابع: آثار التكليف الأخروى الشرعية؛ وتنقسم إلى قسمين؛ دنيوية، وأخروية. وأما المبحث الثاني؛ ففيه أربعة مطالب: المطلب الأول: التكليف الأخروي الاختباري، وفيه خمس مسائل. والمطلب الثاني: التكليف الأخروي التعجيزي؛ وفيه مسألتان. والمطلب الثالث: التكليف الأخروي الجزائي؛ وفيه أربع مسائل. والمطلب الرابع: مقتضيات التكليف الأخروي؛ وفيه ثلاث مسائل. وأنهيت البحث بالخاتمة، وأتبعتها بأهم مصادر البحث. وتوصل البحث إلى: بيان حقيقة التكليف الأخروي، وأن له ثلاثة مراحل، وأنه ينقسم إلى تكليف أخروي اختباري، وجزائي، وتعجيزي، وأن له مقتضيات؛ وكلها تمثل تطبيقات للبحث؛ مستمدة من الأدلة الشرعية والعقلية.
