| Abstract (English): |
This research aimed to evaluate the impact smart farmer’s card service on the sustainability of rural development in Assuit governorate, Egypt. The obtained data showed a low availability degree of smart farmer’s card services. The most available services were obtaining loans, seeds and chemical fertilizers at the right time. The low degree of respondents’ benefit and satisfaction with the services of the smart farmer’s card system was due to several challenges. The main obstacles were the low number of guides, the weak capability of the agricultural associations, high rate of electronic illiteracy and large number of computer malfunctions. The most important variables that affected the degree of farmers benefited from the services were the area of the agricultural holding, the degree of knowledge of the services and the degree of service availability. Regarding the variables that affected the degree of farmers' satisfaction with the services of the farmer's card, they were represented in the age of the respondents, the area of agricultural holding, the degree of availability of this card's services and the degree of benefit from the services of the farmer's card. This research suggests certain recommendations, including providing the infrastructure that supports the application of electronic tenure by providing the appropriate place and well-trained human resources efficient in managing this technology and communications. Also, providing technological facilities such as computers and internet access that enable the agricultural extension specialists to conduct their work. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

يهدف البحث إلى تقييم تأثير استعمال كارت الفالح الذكي على استدامة التنمية في محافظةة يسةيوط،، مصةر. يشةارت النتائج إلى انخفاض درجة توفر خةدمات كةارت الفةالح الةذكي، حيةث تمتلة يكتةر الخةدمات المتةوفرف فةي الحصةول علةى قروض، الحصول على التقاوي واألسمدف الكيميائية في الوق المناسب. ييضا انخفةاض درجتةي اسةتفادف وربةا المبحةوثين عن خدمات منظومة كارت الفالح الذكي بمنطقة البحث يرجع إلى وجود عدف تحةديات السةتخدا هة ذه المنظومةة يهمهةا: قلةة عدد المرشدين وبعف إمكانيات الجمعيات الزراعية، ارتفاع نسبة األمية اإللكترونية، وكترف يعطال الحاسب اآللي. إن يهةم المتغيرات التي يثرت في درجة استفادف المزارعين من خدمات كارت الفةالح الةذكي تمتلة فةي مسةاحة الحيةازف الزراعيةة، درجة المعرفة بخدمات كارت الفالح ودرجة توفر خدمات هذا الكارت. يما بالنسبة للمتغيرات التةي يثةرت فةي درجةة ربةا المزارعين من خدمات كارت الفالح تمتل في سن المبحوث، مساحة الحيازف الزراعية، درجة تة وفر خةدمات هةذا الكةارت، ودرجة االستفادف من خدمات كارت الفالح. ويقترح البحةث عةدف تواةيات منهةا: تة وفير البنيةة األساسةية التةي تةدعم تطبية خدمات الحيازف االلكترونية وذلك من خالل توفير المكان المناسب، وموارد بشرية مدربةة ذات كفةا ف فةي إدارف التكنولوجيةا واالتصاالت، وتوفير التسهيالت التكنولوجيةة مةن يجهةزف حاسةب آلةي وتواة يل الشةبكة العنكبوتيةة )اإلنترنة ( التةي تمكةن يخصائي اإلرشاد الزراعي من ممارسة عملهم.
