On August 1, 2019, the first specimen of Hellula undalis (Fabricius, 1781) (Lepidoptera: Crambidae) (old world webworm) for Belgium was photographed in Muizen (Province Antwerp), leg. G. Verbeylen. Further observations were not made until 2022, when three observations were suddenly made in that year; these are discussed along with crop damage and biology. Le 1er août 2019, le premier spécimen de Hellula undalis(Fabricius, 1781) (Lepidoptera: Crambidae) (la nymphule ondée) pour la Belgique a été photographié à Muizen (Province d'Anvers), leg. G. Verbeylen. D'autres observations n'ont été faites qu'en 2022, où trois observations ont été soudainement faites cette année-là, qui sont discutées, ainsi que les dommages aux cultures et la biologie.
