| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed to identify the need for the school educational environment for development in terms of value education from the perspective of principals, teachers and parents in Amman schools. the researchers adopted a qualitative approach, and conducted interviews with 30 teachers, principals, and parents. They analyzed the interviews and coded them using MAXQDA program that specializes in qualitative data analysis. The results of the study emerged in several dimensions, including the complete consensus of the study sample on the need for the school’s educational environment to develop in the light of value education. Reasons for this need were identified from the perspective of the sample members, including the failure of schools and families to play their ethical educational role, and the loss of role models from teachers, and the negative effects of social media, as well as the negative effects of distance learning, which has emerged in the Covid-19 pandemic, the results also confirmed the apparent shortcomings in the current situation in the value education programs and the extent of the need for an alternative approach agreed upon by all that transcends the existing moral and value regression, while emphasizing the expected impact of the value education approach based on the Holy Qur’an in developing this environment and in changing society as a whole. The study recommended that studies of specific needs be carried out within the school educational environment as a proactive step to establish educational value programs that take into account these needs, adopt a comprehensive value system in educational institutions, and benefit from the foundations of value education in the Holy Qur’an in developing the school educational environment. هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف حاجة البيئة التربوية املدرسية للتطوير يف ضوء التربية القيمية من وجهة نظر املديرين واملعلمين وأولياء األمور يف مدارس مدينة عمان، واستخدمت الدراسة املنهج النوعي بإجراء مقابالت معمقة مع )30( فردًا من املديرين واملعلمين وأولياء األمور املهتمين بإصالح الواقع التربوي القيمي. وللوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة تم تحليل املقابالت وترميزها باستخدام برنامج MAXQDA املتخصص بتحليل البيانات النوعية. وبرزت نتائج الدراسة يف عدة محاور منها اإلجماع الكامل من عينة الدراسة ىلع حاجة البيئة التربوية املدرسية للتطوير يف ضوء التربية القيمية، وحددت أسباب لتلك الحاجة من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة ومنها عدم قيام املدارس واألسر بدورهما التربوي القيمي، وفقدان القدوات من املعلمين، والتأثيرات السلبية لوسائل التواصل االجتماعي، واآلثار السلبية كذلك للتعلم عن بعد والذي برز يف جائحة كوفيد )19(، كما وأكدت النتائج القصور الظاهر يف الوضع الحالي يف برامج التربية القيمية ومدى الحاجة ملنهج بديل يتفق عليه من الجميع ويتجاوز به االنحدار األخالقي والقيمي القائم، مع تأكيد األثر املتوقع ملنهج التربية القيمية املبني ىلع القرآن الكريم يف تطوير هذه البيئة ويف تغيير املجتمع ككل. وقد أوصت الدراسة بأن يتم دراسات الحاجات املحددة داخل البيئة التربوية املدرسية كخطوة استباقية إلنشاء برامج تربوية قيمية تراعي هذه االحتياجات، وتبني منظومة قيمية شاملة يف املؤسسات التربوية، واالستفادة من أسس التربية القيمية يف القرآن الكريم يف تطوير البيئة التربوية املدرسية.
